Zusammenfassung
Die Spitzenverbände der Selbstverwaltung haben am 17.09.2008 bekanntgegeben, dass sie sich auf den G-DRG-Katalog Version 2009 sowie auf die Deutschen Kodierrichtlinien geeinigt haben. Die Zahl der DRGs beträgt nun 1.192. Die Anästhesie ist weiterhin mit dem operativen Eingriff abgebildet.
Der Umbau der intensivmedizinischen Komplexbehandlung ist abgeschlossen. Die wichtigste Änderung für unser Fachgebiet stellt die Definition des Beatmungsendes beim Weaning dar. Um auch im Jahr 2009 unser Fachgebiet leistungsgerecht im DRG-System darstellen zu können, müssen die Änderungen der Kodiervorschriften in die Dokumentationsroutine übernommen werden.
Summary
On September 17, 2008, the Central Organizations of Self-adminstration announced that an agreement had been reached on the G-DRG Catalogue, Version 2009 and the German Code Guidelines. Forthwith the total number of DRGs is 1,192. Anaesthesia continues to be represented together with the surgical intervention. The reorganization of the complex intensive care medicine sector has been completed. The most important alteration for our specialty is agreement on what constitutes the end of respiratory treatment following a period of weaning. In order to continue to correctly represent our area of expertise in the DRG system in terms of performance in 2009, the changes in this years system must be taken into account and applied to routine documentation.
