Zusammenfassung
Eine Patientin mit typischen Symptomen eines Liquorunterdrucksyndroms nach Periduralanalgesie entwickelt eine kurzzeitige Hemiparese. Es wird eine kortikale Venenthrombose (Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, CSVT) diagnostiziert.
Summary
A patient with typical symptoms of post-dural puncture headache after epidural-analgesia suffers from short-lasting hemiparesis. We found a cerebral venous thrombosis.
